You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API key, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or third-party terms
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

4. Credits, Billing & Refunds

Access to our APIs is billed on a credit basis. You are responsible for all credits purchased and consumed by your account. Unless otherwise stated, credits are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may temporarily suspend or limit the service for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

SocioScrapper, including its branding, UI, and underlying technology, is owned or licensed by us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as described in these Terms.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
