SocioScrapper (“SocioScrapper”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider offering APIs and tools to access publicly available social media data, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Introduction

Welcome to SocioScrapper. SocioScrapper provides APIs and related services that enable Clients to access publicly available social media data in real time.

By accessing or using SocioScrapper’s website, dashboard, or APIs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”, or “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Definitions

• “SocioScrapper” refers to the Company providing the Services.
• “Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or legal entity using the Services.
• “Services” refers to SocioScrapper’s APIs, dashboard, and related infrastructure.
• “API” refers to the application programming interfaces provided by SocioScrapper.
• “Data” refers to publicly available data retrieved from social media platforms through the APIs, including but not limited to posts, comments, engagement metrics, and public profile information.
• “API Key” refers to the unique authentication credential issued to each Client.
• “Credits” refers to the internal usage units consumed when making API requests.

Account Registration & Security

To access the Services, you must create an account and obtain an API Key.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API Key.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

You must notify SocioScrapper immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

SocioScrapper is not responsible for losses caused by compromised credentials.

Acceptable Use & Usage Restrictions

Clients agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party platform terms.
• Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unethical purposes, including spamming, phishing, scraping behind authentication walls, or harassment.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or security safeguards.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying logic of the Services.
• Use the Services to build or offer a competing product or service.
• Use the Services in any manner that may harm SocioScrapper, its infrastructure, or third parties.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Data complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Data & Compliance Disclaimer

SocioScrapper accesses only publicly available data.

SocioScrapper does not use cookies, fake accounts, or credentials to log in to third-party platforms to collect Data.

SocioScrapper does not guarantee the legality of your downstream use of the Data.

Clients are solely responsible for assessing whether their use of the Data complies with privacy, data protection, and platform-specific policies.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Services, APIs, software, and underlying technology are proprietary to SocioScrapper and protected by intellectual property laws.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely as permitted under these Terms.

No ownership rights are transferred to the Client.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SocioScrapper.

Credits, Fees & Payments

Access to the APIs is billed on a credit-based system.

Each API request consumes a specified number of Credits depending on complexity.

Credits must be purchased in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

SocioScrapper reserves the right to modify pricing, credit costs, or billing models with prior notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Service Availability

SocioScrapper aims to provide high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Services may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, security issues, or external dependencies.

SocioScrapper is not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SocioScrapper shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

SocioScrapper’s total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and Data are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

SocioScrapper makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

SocioScrapper does not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or that results obtained will be accurate or lawful for your intended use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocioScrapper, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Services or Data
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

Termination

SocioScrapper may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services.

Upon termination, all licenses granted under this Agreement immediately cease.

Privacy

SocioScrapper stores only minimal customer information, including email address, hashed passwords, API usage metrics, and subscription data.

Cookies are used solely for authentication and user experience within the dashboard.

SocioScrapper processes publicly available data under legitimate interest, including marketing and analytics purposes, where applicable.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

You may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

No partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
